This website is operated by STAR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (“STAR INTERNATIONAL”), a premium lifestyle company in Hong Kong. By purchasing goods on STAR INTERNATIONAL iStarJoy (“the Platform”), shoppers agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Ordering Goods
1.1 Registration
To place an order on the Platform, you must create an account. You must ensure that the information you provide is valid and correct. You must also update your information through the relevant section of the Platform to provide us with your latest information. You may not create multiple accounts to abuse the Platform. To shop on the Platform, you must be 18 years of age or older.
1.2 Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, all goods on the Platform are priced in Hong Kong dollars (HK$). STAR INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
1.3 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are the transportation fees for local delivery within Hong Kong. Shipping fees for each order will be determined after the shopper submits their shipping address and before checkout. Please refer to Section 4, "Delivery Service" for details.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Order Acceptance
2.1 Once a shopper's order is accepted by STAR INTERNATIONAL, an order confirmation with a transaction reference code will be sent to the email address entered by the shopper. Once accepted, the order will immediately enter the automated logistics process; we regret that we cannot cancel or make any modifications.
2.2 To protect the shopper's rights and prevent packages from being mistakenly signed for by others, once an order is successfully transacted, the shopper is not allowed to change the shipping address. The package will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the shopper when placing the order.
2.3 Shoppers must check the order status themselves. If there are any inquiries about the order, please contact Customer Service at cs@istarjoy.com on the day of purchase.

3. Payment
Payment methods are listed on this platform.

4. Delivery Service
4.1 If you select "Delivery Service," please ensure that the provided phone number and delivery address are correct so that we can contact you for delivery. Please do not use a post office box as the delivery address.
4.2 Orders will arrive at the delivery address within 7 working days from the order date. However, delivery time may be affected by holidays (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year, and Easter). Delivery will be delayed when Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. All goods will be delivered as scheduled and to our best ability.
4.3 If we anticipate that we cannot deliver on the scheduled delivery date, we will attempt to notify you. However, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, liability, cost, damage, charge, or fee incurred by you due to delayed delivery.
4.4 Free delivery is available for orders of HK$800 or more on this platform. Orders under HK$800 will incur additional delivery fees.

4.5 Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong addresses only. Delivery area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and designated outlying islands: Tung Chung. Delivery does not apply to the following areas: outlying islands, Ma Wan, airport, container terminal, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Centre, AsiaWorld-Expo, and any areas where trucks are prohibited.
4.6 If there is no elevator directly to the delivery address, but the shopper requests delivery to the designated door, the shopper must pay a delivery surcharge of HK$50 per floor to the delivery driver in cash.
4.7 We reserve the absolute discretion to refuse delivery of any order.
4.8 Please check the product for any defects and/or damage immediately before confirming receipt.
4.9 Undeliverable Orders
Regardless of whether the order cannot be delivered within 14 days of the delivery date due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the shopper, failure to receive the goods, inability to contact the shopper, or the shopper's unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, we may cancel your order without refund due to our inability to make delivery arrangements.

5. Return Policy
5.1 STAR INTERNATIONAL only accepts product refund and exchange requests in the following situations: product damaged in transit; product quality issues; or product not matching the order.

5.1.1 To request a refund or exchange, the shopper must email customer service at cs@istarjoy.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
5.1.2 All returned or exchanged items must be unopened and unused, and please retain the complete packaging, accessories, instructions, and any gifts (if any).
5.1.3 When requesting a refund or exchange, please provide the order confirmation email, order details, and product photos.
5.1.4 If the refund/exchange request is accepted, the shopper will receive a "Refund/Exchange Authorization Number" from Customer Service confirming acceptance of the refund /exchange. Refunds/exchanges will not be accepted without a valid Refund/Exchange Authorization Number.
5.1.5 After receiving the "Refund/Exchange Authorization Number," the shopper must return the item within 14 days. Any gifts must also be returned.
5.1.6 Return shipping fees are borne by STAR INTERNATIONAL.
5.1.7 After receiving the returned item and confirming its condition is undamaged, the customer service department will process the refund/exchange within 7 business days. For refund requests, the refund will be issued using the payment method used by the shopper when purchasing the item. Refund processing time varies depending on the payment method.
5.2 Refunds and exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:
5.2.1 The product has no quality issues;
5.2.2 Incomplete standard accessories, gifts (if included at the time of purchase), or instruction manual; missing or altered invoice;
5.2.3 Unauthorized tearing or alteration of product labels, serial numbers, or anti-counterfeiting marks;
5.2.4 Product quality issues caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation, or storage;

5.2.5 The product was explicitly stated as non-refundable and non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.

STAR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
