1. If you select "Delivery Service," please ensure that the provided phone number and delivery address are correct so that we can contact you for delivery. Please do not use a post office box as the delivery address.
2. Orders will arrive at the delivery address within 7 working days from the order date. However, delivery time may be affected by holidays (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year, and Easter). Delivery will be delayed when Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. All goods will be delivered as scheduled and to our best ability.
3. If we anticipate that we cannot deliver on the scheduled delivery date, we will attempt to notify you. However, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, liability, cost, damage, charge, or fee incurred by you due to delayed delivery.
4. Free delivery is available for orders of HK$800 or more on this platform. Orders under HK$800 will incur additional delivery fees.

5. Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong addresses only. Delivery area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and designated outlying islands: Tung Chung. Delivery does not apply to the following areas: outlying islands, Ma Wan, airport, container terminal, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Centre, AsiaWorld-Expo, and any areas where trucks are prohibited.
6. If there is no elevator directly to the delivery address, but the shopper requests delivery to the designated door, the shopper must pay a delivery surcharge of HK$50 per floor to the delivery driver in cash.
7. We reserve the absolute discretion to refuse delivery of any order.
8. Please check the product for any defects and/or damage immediately before confirming receipt.
9. Undeliverable Orders
Regardless of whether the order cannot be delivered within 14 days of the delivery date due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the shopper, failure to receive the goods, inability to contact the shopper, or the shopper's unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, we may cancel your order without refund due to our inability to make delivery arrangements.
